1. Once I place an order for wall lights, how long is the processing time?

After receiving your order, we need approximately 7 business days to produce your wall lights.

2. From which countries do you accept orders?
We accept orders from all over the world, with our main markets being Europe, USA, and Middle Eastern countries.

3. What materials are used in your wall lights?
Our wall lights are made of E1 grade first-class wood and are hand-painted using CE-certified paint, fully compliant with European standards.

4. What type of battery do the wall lights use, and how long do they last?
The wall lights operate with a 9V battery and can last up to three weeks, running nightly from dusk to dawn without interruption.

5. How do I hang the wall lights, and how do I open and close them?
You can hang the lights on the wall using a small nail. To open and close the light, simply pull the attached rope.

6. What is the shipping time to Europe and Middle Eastern countries?

Europe: Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after shipment.
Middle East:
- Dubai, UAE: 2–3 business days
- Qatar: 5–7 business days
- Kuwait and Saudi Arabia: 8–10 business days

7. Which shipping companies do you work with?
We currently ship with UPS, TNT, FedEx, DHL, and Aramex.

8. What is your return policy?
Since most of our products are made to order, returns are only accepted if items are defective or damaged. Defective items will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible.

9. Are there any customs or import fees?
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees or import taxes may apply. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Our company is not liable for customs procedures or fees.
